Crossfire Background

Crossfire Consulting is a full service Information Technology company based in New York. Since 2000, Crossfire has performed several IT Development projects, Information Assurance projects and Telecommunications projects and has provided all levels of IT consultants, permanent staffing, and complete on-shore outsourcing projects to major corporations. Crossfire currently operates nationwide, is 100% employee owned, and is certified as a majority Woman Owned Business.

Crossfire draws its strength from its employees. Our Consultants have varied specialties in Information Technology and a wide range of degrees including Masters and PhDs in Software Engineering, Software Algorithms and Language Development, Information Assurance, Telecommunicatinos Engineering, Computing, and Technology Strategy. In addition to technical degrees, several Crossfire Consultants have the C.I.S.S.P. Certification in Information Assurance. Several of our employees have previously held senior level technology positions in companies such as NYNEX Science and Technology, Computer Sciences Corporation, GT&E Labs, and various Telecommunications companies.

Junior consultants are recruited from the top schools in the country and have a strong background in computer science and information technology. They are trained and mentored by senior staff members and must pass a rigorous training program to remain an active member of Crossfire. They are assigned to various projects under closely supervised management and are put through a progression of increasingly complex assignments. As part of their progression, these young Crossfire technologists must earn a Masters Degree within 5 years to continue their advancement in the company. Their motivation is constantly provided by a feature rich program which includes 100% company paid tuition and a generous benefits pacakage.
