Jessica Mazzeo
Jessica is the CEO of Crossfire Consulting and is in charge of Software Development. She is one of the three founding members of Crossfire, and has been in the IT consulting industry since 2000. She has served as a Marketing Specialist, Requirements Analyst, and Project Manager on various software development projects for clients as diverse as Lockheed Martin, Pitney Bowes and Verizon.
Jessica holds a BA from Colgate University in Molecular Biology and an MBA from New York University in Finance & Management. Jessica has a patent pending with the U.S. Patent Office for a DNA sequence (vector) she engineered while performing Cancer Research.
Katie Delgado
Katie is the COO of Crossfire Consulting and in charge of Precision Staffing at Crossfire. She is a founding member of Crossfire, and has been in the IT consulting industry since 2000. She has completed several major development projects in a variety of roles, including Project Manager, Developer, Requirements Analyst, System Architect, and Quality Assurant.
Katie received a BA from Colgate University in Molecular Biology and an MBA with concentrations in Finance and Management from New York University.
Stacy Venanzi
Stacy is Crossfire's VP of Human Resources. She has been in the IT consulting industry since 1998, working as a Senior Systems Analyst and Senior Project Manager with major companies like Pfizer, IBM and Verizon.
Stacy graduated from Colgate University with a BA in Computer Science and also holds an MBA with concentrations in Management and Marketing from New York University.
Paul Byrne
Paul is Crossfire's VP of Sales. He has over 10 years of increasing responsibility for technical sales and customer support operations. Paul is committed to building deep customer relationships and is continuously exploring innovative sourcing ideas with customers.
Paul earned a BS in Management from Mount Saint Mary College and will complete his MBA at Fordham University in 2010.
Guy Lanni
Guy is Crossfire's VP of Government Operations. He has a distinguished background as a
senior level Marketing, Sales, Business Development, and Operations executive. Prior
to joining Crossfire, Guy was VP of Marketing and Sales at Lockheed
Martin Global Telecom. He has also held Senior Executive positions at PanAmSat (now Intelsat),
MCI, and Teleport Communications Group (which he co-founded).
Guy is a graduate of Pace University in New York with a BBA in Marketing
and a certificate in Information Technology. He also holds an MS in Management
from Polytechnic University with a concentration in Technology Strategy and Entrepreneurship.
Bob Kearney
Bob is Crossfire's VP of Finance.
He holds a BBA from Hofstra University in Public Accounting and an MBA in Finance and Information Systems from New York
University. Bob is a Certified Public Accountant in the state of New York.
Joe Mazzeo
Joe is VP of Business Development at Crossfire. He helped found the company in 2000, leveraging over 30 years of experience in computing, telecommunications, and financial systems. Joe has served as a Chief Financial Officer,
Chief Marketing Officer, and Chief Executive and Strategy Officer in NYSE- and ASE-listed companies. Previous positions include leading a Fortune 500-size company's marketing organization, leading a major sales force in the
international data communications business, and consulting on a wide variety of telecommunications and information security projects. Joe is consistently called upon for venture analyses, acquisition studies, and investment recommendations.
Joe earned a BBA in Management from Bernard Baruch College and an MS in Investment Management from Pace University. He is a Certified Public Accountant in the State of New York and will complete his doctorate in Computer Science from Pace University in 2010.
Crossfire and its employees are committed to the success of the company as well as that of their clients. The company remains involved throughout the software and project life cycle by offering dedicated resources to each client that are based on their unique business needs. The company prides itself on its presence and hands-on involvement at each client and its continuing availability to the client even after a project completes. Crossfire employees are currently working on projects for both large Fortune 500 companies as well as small start-up companies. Industry presence ranges from telecommunications to the financial sector. Crossfire was formed in April of 2006 and has approximately $1.5 million in gross revenues.
