Crossfire Background

Crossfire Consulting Corporation and its predecessor company have been providing Information Technology Services to industry leaders since 1997. Since its inception, Crossfire has provided many IT solutions to its clients in an excellent manner. All of these companies are Fortune 500-1000 class companies and because of our excellence, there have been many repeat engagements. Consequently because of repeated engagements in similar but varying project requirements, what has materialized is a set of key Crossfire competencies described below:

Crossfire Consulting Corporation draws its strength from its employees. Senior employees are multi degreed technologists with varied specialties in Information Technology. Multiple PhD's and Master's recipients have specialties such as Software Engineering, Software Algorithms and Language Development, Information Assurance, Telecommunications Engineering, Computing and Technology Strategy. In addition to technical degrees, several Crossfire Technologists have the C.I.S.S.P. Certification in Information Assurance.

The core of our management and technologists previously held senior technology positions in companies such as NYNEX Science and Technology, Computer Sciences, GT&E Labs and various Telecommunications companies and have an extremely wide breath of experience in a multiplicity of technology applications which provide the make-up of our core competencies.

In addition to Crossfire's Senior Technologists, Crossfire is a 100% employee owned company. Crossfire has as its foundation the fact that it recruits honors graduates in Computer Sciences, Information Technology and other technical courses of study at major technologically superior colleges and universities, such as RPI, Colgate, Tufts and NYU-Polytechnic. After joining the company, these young people must study 12 Technology Books in varied fields and within 6 months of their initial employment must pass a 22 hour test to be able to stay an active member of Crossfire. They are then assigned to varied projects under closely supervised management and are put through a progression of increasingly complex assignments which within 4 to 5 years will lead them to being classifies as "Senior". As part of this progression, these young Crossfire technologists must earn a Masters Degree within 5 years to continue their advancement in the company. Their motivation is constantly provided by a feature rich program and includes 100% company paid tuition and a generous benefits package.

All of these items are integral in Crossfire's Key Competencies.
