Sean has over 10 years of experience working in the IT industry. He began his career as a Systems and Business Analyst with progressive roles and responsibilities including System Designer, Tester, Corporate Trainer and Project Manager before moving into Account Management.

Sean graduated from Fairfield University with a bachelor's degree in Political Science and from Pace University with an MBA in Entrepreneurial Management and Marketing.

Chris has over 7 years of experience in the IT industry, with a majority of his career spent as an IT consultant working on developement, functional design, and quality assurance for both internal projects and external clients. Chris has since transitioned into account management and is busy helping clients find solutions for their IT needs, in addition to helping expand Crossfire's client base in the New York metropolitan area.

Chris graduated from Syracuse University with a bachelor's degree in Computer Science.

Cheryl has over 10 years experience in the IT staffing industry as a senior recruiter. She has a passion for matching the needs of the candidate with the needs of the client. She is an expert at adjusting strategy and tactics with the changing needs of the market.

Cheryl graduated from Baruch College with bachelor's degree in Business Administration.

With over 12 years of experience in education, finance, and computing and 15 years operations/management experience, Bruce is a skilled business networker and senior recruiter.

He has a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and a Diploma in Programming from Briarcliffe College.

Beth has been in the IT consulting industry since 1998. She began her career as a corporate technology trainer and then moved into account management. She has worked with a variety of Fortune 500 clients selling full-lifecycle IT development projects as well as providing IT staffing solutions.

Beth graduated from the State University of of New York at Albany with a bachelor's degree in Psychology.
