Jessica is the CEO of Crossfire Consulting with 25+ years in IT consulting spanning requirements analysis, project management, and Scrum leadership across dozens of enterprise projects. She brings a rare ability to map exactly how a business works - then identify precisely where AI can create real, measurable value.
Jessica holds a BA from Colgate University in Molecular Biology and an MBA from New York University in Finance & Management. She also holds a patent pending with the U.S. Patent Office for a DNA vector she engineered during cancer research.
Katie is the COO of Crossfire Consulting with 25+ years of hands-on experience across project management, software development, systems architecture, and QA, Katie is a Forward Deployment Engineer in her own right - she can walk into a client environment, understand the technical landscape, and get an AI system into production.
She leads Crossfire’s FDE staffing practice, screening and placing the specialized talent that enterprises need to turn AI pilots into real-world deployments. Katie holds a BA from Colgate University in Molecular Biology, an MBA from New York University, and a Master’s in Biotechnology from Columbia University.
Joe is VP of Business Development at Crossfire and Crossfire’s AI Evangelist. With 50+ years of experience spanning computing, telecommunications, and financial systems - including C-suite roles at NYSE- and ASE-listed companies - Joe brings unmatched cross-industry depth to every client engagement. He is a compelling speaker and trainer with the rare ability to translate complex AI concepts into compelling business cases for executives across industries.
Joe holds a BBA from Bernard Baruch College and an MS in Investment Management from Pace University. He is a Certified Public Accountant in the State of New York and holds a Doctorate in Computer Science from Pace University.
Shelly is the VP of Marketing at Crossfire Consulting. She leads Crossfire’s marketing organization with a focus on strategic alliances, major account growth, and brand presence across the web and social media. As AI reshapes the consulting landscape, Shelly has been instrumental in positioning Crossfire at the forefront of enterprise AI deployment services.
Shelly holds a BA from Brooklyn College in Modern Languages and an MA in Liberal Studies from The New School. She brings a well-rounded, progressive perspective to everything she touches.
Paul is VP of Sales at Crossfire Consulting, with 25+ years of progressively expanding responsibility in technical sales and customer support. Paul is known for building deep, long-term client relationships and for his ability to match the right solution - whether a traditional staffing engagement, an AI consulting team, or an FDE placement - to what a client actually needs.
Paul holds a BS in Management from Mount Saint Mary College and an Executive MBA in International Business from Fordham University.
