Crossfire's 3-Step Staffing Process ensures that we will find a perfect fit for your needs quickly.



#1: Pre-Screen & Initial Interview

Candidates are screened from our employee network and extensive candidate database and then interviewed by a Recruiter looking to assess their technical role, responsibilities, communication skills, job history, references, interest, and salary expectation.

#2: In-Depth Interview

Next, candidates are interviewed by the Account Manager who is looking to evaluate all of the details from the first interview but who additionally must determine if the candidate will "fit in" with the client's culture, industry culture, pressure, and communication expectations.

#3: Technical Screen

Candidates who pass the first two interviews are then subject to a technical screen where they are given a monitored coding/skills test or are phone screened by a senior member of Crossfire's staff based on the exact technical skills and environment needed for the project.
